Due to our extensive work alongside local colleges, we have been awarded the Apprentice Employer of the Year at Eastleigh College. Other colleges we work with include Brockenhurst College, Southampton City College and Salisbury College.
To date, our apprenticeship scheme has produced 2 Site Foremen, 2 Workshop Foremen, 1 Site Carpenter and 6 Bench Joiners. This illustrates our continuing trend to invest in local people and teach them within a skilled profession.
We also currently have 2 individuals on our Apprenticeship Programme. Our commitment to training means that a staggering 74% of our workforce have been trained in-house.
